Rate $150 per 50-minute counselling session. There is no tax charged. Payment is due at the end of session. Cash, E-Transfer and Credit Cards accepted.
Sliding Scale Availability
A limited number of sliding scale spots are offered for those experiencing financial hardship. Please inquire to explore current availability.
Coverage & Receipts As a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), my services are covered by many extended health benefit plans.
For most plans, I provide a receipt after each session that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. For select plans, I now offer direct billing, which means I can bill your insurer directly reducing your up front costs and simplifying the process. Please check with your plan administrator to confirm your coverage.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice at no cost.
Appointments are reserved just for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee.
