At the heart of my practice is a vision of freedom and authenticity. I want people to feel free in themselves, even when trauma and hardship have shaped their lives. I believe in the ripple effect: supporting one person to heal and grow inevitably strengthens their immediate circle, their families, and their communities.

How Therapy Helps

Individual therapy / counselling is a supportive process that helps you navigate life’s challenges and explore your emotions, thoughts and behaviours in a safe space. Through thoughtful conversation and reflection, and somatic practices, you can gain insight into yourself, leading to meaningful and lasting change.

  • Counselling can offer a new relational experience, one that’s steady, attuned, and safe. You’ll feel seen, heard, and cared for.
  • You’ll gain new coping tools to manage overwhelming emotions and bring more calm and confident energy into your daily life.

  • When you’re ready, we’ll gently explore the impact of past experiences—naming the pain, grieving losses, and understanding how old wounds show up in your current relationships and sense of self.

Individual Therapy: Virtual or Telephone

Available throughout the week, for anyone living in British Columbia, with some evenings and select Saturdays. Ideal for busy people, rural residents, or anyone seeking flexibility and privacy, or the comfort of home. Telehealth sessions are held via a secure video platform or telephone.

Individual Therapy: In-Person

My office is located in Colwood, the Westshore area of the Capital Region, and I welcome clients from all areas, including Sooke, Metchosin, Langford, View Royal, Saanich, and Greater Victoria. I am available Tuesdays and Fridays for in-person sessions with evening options.

Individual Therapy: Walk & Talk

For those who feel more at ease in motion or outdoors, walking counselling offers a gentle alternative to seated therapy. These sessions typically take place in the Westshore area, at a mutually agreed upon location, and invite movement and fresh air as part of the therapeutic process. Available throughout the week and select Saturdays.

Group Counselling & Retreats
