What to Expect
We’ll begin with a brief consultation by phone or video to mutually assess fit. I understand that finding the right therapist needs to feel right, and it’s equally important to me that I can meet you where you’re at.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session. You’ll receive a welcome email with consent forms to complete ahead of time, so you feel prepared and supported.
Together, we’ll explore the frequency of sessions based on your needs. I encourage clients to book ahead to secure their preferred day, time, and format—whether in-person or virtual.
As we begin, we’ll collaboratively identify your hopes for our work together and create a personalized roadmap for moving forward.
